Who do I contact if I have a question? –  I guess that would depend on the question.

How do I make a mail order purchase? – Create an account, pick what you want, give us your money. That is how you make a mail order purchase.

How do I pay for tracks, albums and other merchandise? – By Credit Card – Amex, Mastercard, Visa or Paypal.

Is it safe to purchase music using my credit card?  – Of course it is.

What is the Shipping & Delivery Policy? – We ship how you tell us to ship it.  We recommend always shipping with UPS so you can track your package and you get it faster than anyone else.  You get it within days, sometimes next day even if you choose standard service.  The cheapest option is USPS Media Mail. 

– For international orders – If you choose First Class International, good luck, can take up to 6 weeks (ouch).  Pick UPS, it will get there within a week and you can track it.

– Packages are shipping within 2 business days of order placement.  Sometimes 3, depends, we get busy from time to time and there aren’t many of us around.

What is the return, refund & cancellation policy? – Is your shirt the wrong size, sure we can help ya. is there damage or a defect to your record? sure we'll help ya.  do you not like the music? that's impossible, but not sure i can help you there.  has it been over 2 weeks since you received your item?  then you've had plenty of time to enjoy, no matter the condition, and you can continue to enjoy it.  exchanging t-shirt size, you will need to handle the return yourself.  we'll provide a return label for other approved returns.  In some cases, we'll just issue a refund.  any other questions, contact orders@fatpossum.com

You have 14 days after receiving your product to contact us about any issues, after that we won't be issuing a refund.  If you do return an item, we will process your refund within 7 days of the receiving the item back. 

If you have placed an order that you want to cancel, and we have not shipped it. email orders@fatpossum.com and we will be happy to cancel and give you a full refund.

What should I do if my CD or LP is defective?  – Contact us: orders@fatpossum.com.  Then send the original invoice, the defective item, and all original packaging to:
